This painting was produced in 1852 by John Everett Millais. It is an oil painting of 75cm by 112 cm. It represents a woman who looks dead in a river, with flowers in her right hand. She is maybe in a forest, we can see bushes, trees, grass. Green dominates but we can see a touch of brown which recalls nature.
